This document contains the full set of terms governing the use of the Motorcycling Events Group Australia Gift Voucher. It is recommended that you read the document carefully before purchasing or using the Gift Voucher.
Gift Voucher Inclusions and Exclusions
The value as indicated on the Gift Voucher can be used to contribute towards the following items:
- Motorcycling Events Group (MEGA) branded events which include Phillip Island Ride Days (PIRD), Sydney Motorsport Park Ride Days (SMSP Ride Days), and all services and products supplied as part of these events.
- Any MEGA Workshop and products during a PIRD or SMSP Ride Days event.
The Gift Voucher is not a confirmation of a booking or purchase of any specific service or product.
The Gift Voucher can only be used based on the availability of the product and/or service.
This Gift Voucher cannot be used for the following MEGA products:
- The Phillip Island World Superbike Championship After Burner Event
- Any special corporate or private events managed by MEGA
Purchases exceeding the Gift Voucher value or purchases below the Gift Voucher value
The Gift Voucher can be used for services and/or products previously outlined up to the value stipulated on the Gift Voucher. Should the value of the services and/or products exceed the value of the Gift Voucher cash or credit card payment can be used in conjunction with the Gift Voucher to pay the difference.
Should the value of the Gift Voucher exceed the value of the services and/or products being purchased then a new Gift Voucher, stipulating the remaining amount, will be provided with a new Gift Voucher code.
Expiry dates and extensions
The new Gift Voucher, with the remaining amount indicated, will retain the original expiry date.
The Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. This expiry date is stated on the Gift Voucher.
The Gift Voucher can be used to purchase a service executed after the expiry date of the Gift Voucher, providing the booking is made prior to the expiration date.
Should a purchase be made of lesser value than the Gift Voucher the new Gift Voucher, with the remaining amount, retains the same expiry date as the original Gift Voucher. This expiry date is stated on the Gift Voucher.
Extensions are available for Gift Vouchers. To obtain an extension there are 2 options available. Only one of the two options can be chosen:
1. One Month Extension: $25
2. Three Month Extension: $50
Extensions must be made prior to the original expiry date and the appropriate fee paid.

Call 0490 281 840 and request a 3 month extension for an additional $50.
Cancellation or Refund of Gift Voucher
Gift Vouchers cannot be cancelled.
Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded.
